From Iron 1 to Ascendant 3, each tier runs from 0 to 100 RR. Reach 100 RR to rank up; losing at 0 RR can drop you a tier.
From Immortal 1 up, RR no longer caps at 100. Immortal 2, 3 and Radiant are set by the regional leaderboard cutoffs.
Radiant goes to the top players on the regional leaderboard who are at or above the Radiant cutoff RR.
